⭐️How To Use Auto Followup in Conversation AI?
Heading to the Conversation AI section in your account settings and editing a Bot.
Switch to the Bot Goals tab and select Auto Followup.
Toggle Enable Scenario and add your desired follow-ups.
Click Followup Settings to set your available hours or enable Dynamic Channel Switching.
Once satisfied, click Save. Now, your Conversation AI bots can re-engage customers without needing workflows or manual input. Enjoy natural, timely conversations without lifting a finger.
