⭐️Why Is This Feature Beneficial To Your Company?

  • Appointment Automation: The Voice AI agent, along with your Conversation AI, will help you handle all booking needs, from the first scheduling to cancellation and rescheduling management.

  • Seamless Experience: Offer and confirm appointments without leaving the call, reducing manual input and preventing double‑booking when using your AI Agents.

  • Increased Customization: Choose which calendar the AI agent uses for booking and how future interactions will develop based on your management preferences.

⭐️How To Book Appointments With The Voice AI?

  1. First, in the “Voice AI Agents” section of your account settings, create or edit an AI Agent.

  2. Then, in the “Agent Goals” tab, switch to advanced mode.

  3. Click “+ New Action” and select Book Appointment.

  4. Select the Calendar to use, set the total days and slots to offer, and the gap between them, then click Save.

Once you’ve saved your changes, the Voice AI will prompt customers to book appointments while collecting all necessary information. The Conversation AI will help those customers with any questions they may have and handle cancellations or rescheduling, no separate workflows or booking links needed.
