Improved Feature: Create Draft Estimates using Workflows
Estimates are an awesome way to move customers along and get them to acquire your services, which can be automated with your Workflows. But what if you need to make last minute changes? We’re glad to introduce that option!
⭐️Why Is This Feature Beneficial To Your Company?
Minimized Errors: Fine-tune any details in your estimate before sending, increasing the professionalism and avoiding issues with custom fields filled incorrectly.
Enhanced Control: This increases the usability of the send estimate action, allowing you to decide whether you want the estimate to be sent or simply created.
Simplified Modifications: This allows you to use the template as a base and add any services, products, or discounts before sending your estimate.
⭐️How To Create Draft Estimates using Workflows?
Start by adding or editing a “Send Estimate” action.
Set the Sending Mode as “Create as Draft.”
Click Save Action to push the changes then save your workflow.
A draft estimate will be created, you can find it in the draft section of Estimates.
And there you have it, this will give you a hand in ensuring all estimates are revised and approved before sharing them with customers. Giving you added flexibility and control over the sending process.
