Call Recording is a helpful tool to ensure customer satisfaction and monitor the quality of your team's work. However, respecting customers' privacy means giving them notice that they are being recorded.
⭐️How Will These Changes Affect You?
Mandatory Recording Notice: The call recording message can’t be blank, as it needs at least one character that can’t be a blank space.
Existing Messages: Existing cases of blank call recording messages will not play anything. This will stop working if you edit the Phone Number Settings.

This change is a response to international and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations, ensuring legal compliance when recording calls and properly notifying customers.
