New Feature: Update Custom Values in Math Operation Action
The Math Operation Action allows you to perform calculations based on contacts triggering it, making it great to keep track of totals and predict revenue for you. To make this action even more powerful, we’ve added the option to update Custom Values, keeping your numbers fresh in real-time.
⭐️Why Is This Feature Beneficial To Your Business?
Live Updates: This action can update your values as they go, giving you real-time data that can be added to your offers to gently pressure customers into completing their purchase or registration.
True-to-life Data: The constant updates provide accurate information, such as updating the opportunity value as the client interacts with you, giving you confidence when making predictions.
Promote Transparency: This feature provides a clear view of the progress or availability, reducing miscommunications and increasing client trust while, simultaneously, grounding expectations.
⭐️How To Update Custom Values in Math Operation Action:
Inside the Workflow builder click the + sign button to add an action and select Math Operation.
Set the Field and Operation type for the calculation.
Open the "Update Field" dropdown and select the custom value you want to update.
This could be useful if you have an event with limited seats and want to display how many slots remain on your website.
This action can be used for real-time updates to your custom values based on customer interaction. Since this will work with any numeric or date values the possibilities for what you can do are endless.
