To further streamline organization and access, we're introducing Smart Lists and Advanced Filters in Automation, making it easier to manage and navigate your workflows efficiently.
⭐️Why Is This Feature Beneficial To Your Company?
Improved Organization: Find and sort your workflows in seconds depending on your conditions and create permanent lists for easy access.
Real-Time Updates: These smart lists will keep updating as you create new workflows, ensuring your space remains efficient and organized as you work.
Maximized Efficiency: This feature helps you lower the time spent looking for specific workflows, reduce duplicates, and eliminate conflicts with the segmented view.
⭐️How To Use Smart Lists & Advanced Filters in Automation:
Navigate to the Workflows tab inside the Automation section and click “Advanced Filters”
Choose your desired filter, select an operator, and set the value. You can add multiple filters by clicking "+And" for an "And" condition or "+ Add Filter" for an "Or" condition.
Click "Apply" to activate the filters and see the filtered results.
Click the Save drop-down menu to discard the changes or turn it into a Smart List by giving it a name.
