However, that also means there are certain dates you don’t want to market and save the budget for later. For those occasions, we’re happy to announce the option to Pause Workflows on Certain Dates!

Increased Convenience: Whether it be a team vacation or an annual celebration, use it to easily pause all communications and have the system restart once the date has passed.
Improved Reception: Exclude unavailable dates or holidays to make your marketing more appealing and grow your business’ the positive reputation.
Budget Management: By limiting the communications on days you’re less likely to get responses you save yourself added expenses, letting you allocate the budget where it is needed.
⭐️How To Pause Workflows on Certain Dates:
Navigate to Global Workflow Settings inside the Automation section.
Select the "Start Date" and "End Date".
Select the workflows from the list of workflows. You can select "All" or "Individual workflows".
Tick the "Annually" checkbox if you want the workflows to be paused on the same dates yearly, or click Add Date to include additional ones.
Click on "Save" to apply the changes.
