Improved Feature: Branching in Find Contact Action

The Find Contact Action got an upgrade for your convenience! Now, besides identifying contacts who match specific criteria it will also give you a branched set-up that adds flexibility to your workflows and makes it easy to identify the total results found. Sound interesting? Let’s give it a look!

⭐️How Will These Changes Affect You:

Default Branches: The new “Find Contact” Actions will include a branching setup by default, allowing you to define distinct paths based on the results.

Switch Option: For the existing “Find Contact” actions, you can switch to the new flow, allowing you to keep older workflows intact if desired.

⭐️How To Switch From The Existing Find Contact Action?

If you are interested in updating your workflows with a Find Contact action these will be the steps to follow. Keep in mind that this update can’t be undone.

  1. Navigate to the Workflow tab inside the Automation section and access the desired workflow.
