To manage DMs, set the trigger to customer replied and add the filter “Reply channel is TikTok.”
Choose the action “TikTok Interactive Messages” and configure your automated response.
To automate responses to comments, use the trigger “TikTok Comment(s) on a Reel.”
Add the action Reply in Comment to automate responses.
