However, if not properly managed, they become lost opportunities and disconnection points, so we’ve added the Product Review Submitted Trigger to help you automate the process. Let’s check how to use it!

⭐️How to Use The Product Review Submitted Trigger?

  1. Create or edit a workflow in the Workflows tab of the automation section.

  2. Click Add New Trigger and select Product Review Submitted from the Ecommerce Store Category.

  3. Click Add filters to add details about the review, such as the product or user name.
