⭐️How To Use The Update Conversation AI Bot and Status Action?
Access the Workflow Builder by clicking on the name of your desired Flow inside the Automation section.
After adding a trigger to your Workflow click the plus sign icon and select the Update Conversation AI Bot and Status action.
Select the assigned Conversation Bot from the dropdown menu, by default Keep Same will be selected.
Select the Bot status, click Save action, and complete your workflow setup as desired.
This action simplifies and enhances the reliability of Conversation AI Bot management, allowing you to use the Workflow setup for a hands-on approach while still allowing for personalization.
