⭐️How To Add Quick Replies for Facebook & Instagram Messages:
Navigate to the Workflows section inside the Automation tab and create a Workflow.
Set the trigger as Customer Replied and add the Filter Reply Channel: Facebook Messenger or Instagram DM.
Add the Action Facebook/Instagram Interactive Messenger then scroll down and click Add Quick Reply to enter your quick replies. You can add up to 13 responses with 20 characters each.
Once satisfied click Save Action then Save the workflow.
