⭐️How To Use Call Scripts?
First, navigate to the Phone Numbers section of your Account settings and switch to the Advanced Settings tab.
In there, access the Call Scripts tab then click Add Scripts.
Type in your Script inside of the builder. There you can add as many details as needed including different fonts, colors, and styling. Once satisfied click Save.
Users can access the scripts whenever they make a call using the web dialer by clicking the scripts icon and selecting any from the drop-down menu.
Enabling this feature in labs will simplify the calling experience for your agents. Minimizing the possibility of mistakes, promoting efficiency, and ensuring users have access to all scripts whenever they reach out to customers.
