Even though the Integration page is the powerhouse behind all external connections, we’ve noticed that as the integration list expanded, it became harder to use and navigate. So, we’ve revamped the way it looks and works. Giving you a faster, cleaner, and more user-friendly interface. Come check it out!
⭐️How Will These Changes Affect You?:
New Card Layout: Integrations are now contained in a structured card with a single primary call to action and a dedicated 3-dot menu for integration-specific options such as support documentation, troubleshooting, and settings.

Search Bar Addition: We’ve added search functionality for quicker discovery and consistent, role-based access control across native integrations.

Centralized Form Management: The Form Mapping tabs have been removed, centralizing the mapping and listing modals into the dedicated 3-dot menu.

⭐️How To Map Integrated Account Forms?
The Form Mapping process has changed slightly. Let’s review how it’s done and avoid confusion!
Head to the integrations tab and locate your Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok Lead Ads integration.

Click the three-dot icon to open the options and select Form Field Mapping.

Click Edit Fields to open the editing module.

Match your Form Fields to your CRM Fields, then click Confirm to map and activate your form.
