Improved Feature: Troubleshooting Facebook Integration

The Facebook Integration allows you to market to and engage with leads from your pages. However, managing Meta can be overwhelming. To keep your business running smoothly, troubleshooting, page management, and mapping should be effortless. This improvement will help you master all things Facebook!

⭐️How Will These Changes Affect You:

Condensed View: The Settings and Disconnect buttons have been removed, now these options are inside a three-dot menu.
Missing Permissions: The system now shows a warning icon when there are missing permissions, informing you to reconnect and troubleshoot your page.
Form Field Mapping: You will now be notified if forms are not mapped, containing a warning icon and a redirection link to the Mapping tab.

⭐️How To Use The Troubleshooting Tool?

The troubleshooting tool allows you to fix your Facebook connection issues without having to access your Meta Business Suite.

Navigate to the Integrations section inside your Settings and click the Troubleshoot button.
A pop-up window will appear with error options, select the one you’re experiencing.
If no issue has been detected the system will notify you.
If an issue has been detected, follow the steps provided to resolve it.
