⭐️How To Customize The Contact Form Request?
Head to the Chat Widget Tab inside your Sites section and create or edit a Live Chat or All-In-One widget.

Switch to the Chat Window tab and customize the Welcome and Form system message or disable the Contact Form Option.

Head to the Conversations tab inside the Conversations section and locate a Live Chat Conversation.

In the messaging panel, click the person with an arrow icon to request the contact details.
