⭐️How To View The Conversation AI Response Info?
Head to the Conversations Tab and click the two-star icon under the message to open the AI Message Details panel.
Use the Prompt and Intent tab to quickly edit the prompt your bot is using.
Open the Chat History tab to view all messages between the customer and the AI
Open the Action Execution History to view all Actions the AI triggered during response generation.
