Media management can be a hassle. You might make a mistake when organizing your media and delete the wrong file. If this happens to you, don’t worry! With this update, deleted files are held in the Trash for 30 days, giving you a second chance to recover them.
⭐️Why Is This Feature Beneficial To Your Company?
Simplified Organization: Manage your files without worrying about permanently deleting the wrong one, helping you approach your media administration with confidence.
Multi-Restore: Efficiently restore all deleted files simultaneously using the Restore All option. Once restored, the system will bring deleted files to their original place.
Increased Error Margin: This makes it less daunting to make a mistake by safeguarding your files for 30 days before permanent deletion. Giving you two steps before file recovery is not possible.
⭐️How To Use The Trash Functionality in Media Storage?
Navigate to the Media Storage and click the three-dot icon at the top right corner to access the Trash.
To restore or permanently delete individual items, click the three-dot icon, then select your desired option.
Select the Restore All option to move all elements back to their original location in the Media Storage.
To permanently delete all items, select the Empty Trash option.
This will simplify the Media Storage organization and make your team more efficient by promoting file management without the risk of permanently deleting your important files by accident.
