  • Enhanced Engagement: Easily grab members' attention, even when they are out of the client portal, with a push notification on mobile and web apps.

  • Increased User Loyalty: The constant engagement keeps members returning for more, leading to higher involvement levels and greater retention rates.

  • Boosted Visibility: This makes important information more accessible by showing up in real-time communication, and ensuring your message is visible to all.

⭐️How To Use The Smart Push Notification Action?

  1. Head to the Workflows tab inside the Automation section and create or edit a workflow.

  2. Click the plus sign icon to add the Smart Push Notification action.

  3. Enter a title and body for your notification then select where you want the client to be redirected once they click it.

  4. Click Save Action then save the changes to your workflow at the top.

When the workflow is triggered a push notification will go to the contacts in question, leading them back to the course or community. This will help keep members engaged even when they aren’t actively interacting with your products.
