Previously, the bot would automatically wake up after 48 hours. However, these could cause random messages to fire in the middle of a conversation. With this update, we’re giving you full control to ensure the bot never reactivates unless you explicitly choose to do so. Let’s learn how to modify it!
⭐️How to Send Your Bot to Sleep After a Workflow or Manual Message?
Head to the Conversation AI tab in the AI Agents section, then click the three-dot icon next to your desired agent to edit it.

In the Bot Settings, enable “Send Bot to sleep when I send a message manually or through workflow”.

Check the box and set a time if you want the bot to wake up automatically. Otherwise, uncheck the box to turn it off.

Finally, save your changes.
