Calendars are a central part of organizing your day. To increase their efficiency, we’ve made some major improvements to how it looks and works. Let’s check them out!
⭐️How Will These Changes Affect You?
Visible Options: Inside the calendar settings the main options are directly visible, no need to open an options menu.
Horizontal Scrolling: If the total calendars you’re viewing require horizontal scrolling, a notification will pop up at the top to minimize confusion.
Error Notification: Whenever a change causes conflict or disables previous settings, a pop-up window will show you the affected settings and allow you to disable them with a single click.
⭐️Adding a Guest To An Appointment
The primary place where changes have been implemented is the Appointment Guest. You can now make Guests mandatory, require their information, and collect payment from them individually. Let’s go over how.
Start by navigating to the calendar settings section and clicking edit next to your desired calendar.
Switch to the Forms & Payments tab and enable Add Guests.
Select the information you require from guests and check the box next to Require Guests for Booking if they are obligatory.
Scroll down to enable payment from attendees if needed.
Once satisfied, save your changes to implement them.
These changes aim to improve your experience when using calendars, making them more flexible and increasing your control over the result of appointments.
