The Submissions Page for Forms and Surveys has undergone a major update. This newer, sleeker version is designed to create a more organized and user-friendly experience. Let’s take a look!
⭐️What Changes Can You Expect?
Personalized Columns: Select, deselect, and reorder the columns to view the data your preferred way, including the option to include extra information than before and change their size.
Copy Functionality: Users can now copy phone numbers, and emails, and also have the ability to redirect to URLs directly from the table.
Expandable Submissions: Now submissions will be minimized by default. They will open up on the right side once you click the expand option.
⭐️How To Access and Customize the Submissions Page?
Navigate to the Sites section, hover over the Forms/Survey tab, and select Submissions.
Select form submissions to download (in CSV format) or delete entries.
Manage table view by clicking on manage columns and selecting/deselecting fields for columns then click apply.
Adjust column width in the table view by expanding the edges.
This update intends to give you increased control over how you experience the submissions to your Forms and Surveys, allowing you to organize them as you see fit while simultaneously simplifying the access to the contact’s information.
