Digital Products give you a lot of flexibility when it comes to delivery. One way you can provide access to your customers is by using the new feature of Digital Product Delivery in Stores. With this tool, customers will receive instant access to the product(s) via secure download links sent directly to their email upon completing a purchase.
⭐️Why Is This Feature Beneficial To Your Business?
Improved Management: This feature results in centralized product details management since you can add digital files to the product instead of having them separately.
Increased Efficiency: This will help you streamline your order fulfillment process by reducing the need for additional steps or workflow setup to complete the transaction.
Customer Experience: The immediate confirmation and product sending creates a better customer experience that increases satisfaction, brand loyalty, and trust in your business.
⭐️How To Use Digital Product Delivery in Stores:
Navigate to the Products Tab inside the Payments section.
Create or access a product then head over to the Variants section and click on the digital variant of your product.
In the Shipping and Delivery section select Digital Product, upload your file(s), and click Save at the bottom. You can upload up to 10 files of 100 MB. Supported files include images, audio, video, documents, and ZIP files.
Once saved head to the Notifications section of the Settings tab and enable Order Confirmation Email.
