Keeping customers informed about their orders helps you reduce the need for support within your company and generates satisfied customers. However, you will not always have the time to check in with them. For those times, we’re glad to announce Customer Access Center for Stores. This feature allows customers to check their orders, active and past, access all the details and keep updated without the need for interaction on your part.

Improved Customer Control: This feature provides clarity and control to customers by allowing them to follow up with their order’s status, improving the overall experience.
Increased Convenience: Minimize the need to check in with customers about their order, making the experience more convenient for both your business and customers with easy follow-up.
Repeat Purchase Appeal: This feature makes it easier for customers to repeat previous purchases by granting them access to their order history, making it more likely that they complete the transaction.
⭐️How To Upsell Products in Stores:
Navigate to the Settings tab inside the Payment section. Select the Notifications option and enable the Order confirmation email.
Customers can access the Customer Access Center by clicking the "View Order" button in their order confirmation email.
Customers must use the email address given during checkout to log in. Once logged in they can view their order details including fulfillment status and details.
Past orders can be accessed by clicking the "Orders" button in the navigation menu.
Use the Customer Access Center for Stores to ensure communication is open, ongoing, and transparent after an order is placed. This will help you improve customer satisfaction and reduce common inquiries about the fulfillment process.
