New Feature: Manual Reviews in Reputation
Reviews are an awesome way to build a strong image for your business, easily inspiring customers to trust and purchase your products. However, not all reviews will happen in an integrated platform. So, we’re introducing a way to record and showcase customer feedback collected outside of them. Let’s learn how to use it!
⭐️How To Create Manual Reviews in Reputation?
Navigate to the Reviews tab inside the Reputation section and click Add Reviews.
Select “Upload CSV” to add multiple reviews or “Add Manually” for single entries.
To upload a CSV, select your desired review platform if needed and upload your file.
To add a review manually, enter the rating, customer’s commentary, and name, along with any other desired details, then click Submit Review.
⭐️Why Is This Feature Beneficial To Your Company?
Improved Brand Promotion: These manually added reviews also appear in your Review Widgets, making it easy to display all your best feedback thanks to the combined manual and fetched reviews.
Batch Review Addition: This helps you collect even more reviews, allowing you to include feedback in big batches, even from platforms that aren’t connected.
Personal Input Support: Easily add in-person event feedback and reviews with this tool, merging real life with your online business image for a cohesive front.
