When selling recurring products, courses, or any other kind of subscription being able to manage them easily will quickly become a lifesaver. This is why we’ve added the option to manage them directly from your CRM. This allows you to pause subscriptions either temporarily or indefinitely, and restart any previously paused subscriptions without requiring any action from the customer.

⭐️How To Pause & Resume Subscriptions:
Navigate to the Subscription tab inside the Payments section.
Click on the dots icon next to the Subscription you want to Pause/Resume.
When pausing a subscription you can select between a custom date to resume the subscription, or Indefinite for subscriptions that need to be resumed manually.
Select the invoice behavior then click Confirm.
