When managing your Opportunities, you will come to a point where they purchase your products or services, and you need to send an Invoice. Including the proper information in that invoice has to be easy. And this new feature makes it simple for you!

Auto-Populated Fields: Bring existing values to your invoice or estimate, allowing you to use a single template and its notes as a flexible base.
Simplified Approach: Create your invoices directly from the Opportunity tab, making it easier to follow the products or services to add, the total value of the contact, and any opportunity-related fields.
Eliminate Human Error: Reduce manual data entry and ensure accurate information in all your Invoices and Estimates, providing customers a better experience.
⭐️How To Add Opportunity Custom Value In Terms & Notes?
Open the opportunity card of the contact you’ll create an invoice/template for.
Navigate to the Payments tab and open the Actions drop-down menu.
Select Create estimate or create invoice.
Create your invoice or estimate as normal and add the needed Opportunity Custom Values inside the Terms & Notes section.
Now, you can complete your Invoices and Estimates with the security that they contain the correct information that’s updated automatically as needed. Helping you ensure customer satisfaction and transparency at all times
