Maximize your document completion rate and control the contract closing process with Activity Tracking of Documents. This feature allows you to keep track of the progress of a document, how many times it has been interacted with, and in which ways it has been interacted with.

  • Improved Document Management: Keep track at a glance of the steps to take next keeping you in the loop at all times, helping you streamline your process and ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • Timely Client Reminders: Checking contacts' activity at a glance allows you to send reminders to stragglers or reach out to contacts who’ve not signed even after viewing the contract, catching issues immediately.

  • Controlled Timeframes: No more wondering if a deal will close by a certain date, this will help you keep track of any pending actions you, your clients, and your team have and gain a greater understanding of when your process will be completed.

⭐️How To Use Activity Tracking of Documents:

  1. Navigate to the Documents and Contracts Tab inside the Payments section.

  2. Hover over the contact icons on the item you'd like to view to check the last action time, tags, and status of all users involved in the document’s completion.

  3. For a more detailed log, click on the three dots icon next to the document, then click on View History.

  4. This will open a right-sidebar with details of all actions that have been taken with the document.
