Recurring Appointments allow you to handle and record appointments that repeat more than once. However, we believe how you charge for your appointments should be up to you. That being said, we’re excited to announce a few changes to make this possible.
⭐️What Changes Can You Expect?
Payment Tab: There will now be a drop-down menu for you to select how the billing will work.
First Appointment: This will collect payment for only the first appointment with subsequent appointments requiring manual payment.
All Appointments: This option will collect payment upfront for all sessions, this total will apply to fully booked appointments based on availability settings.
⭐️How to Configure Payment Collection?
Navigate to the Calendar Settings inside the Calendars Section.
Create or edit a calendar with Recurring Appointments enabled.
Under the Forms and Payments tab enable Accept Payments and fill in the Total Amount, which is the price for every appointment.
Select either collect payment for "First Appointment Only" or for "All Appointments" and click Save.
This will offer you extra flexibility in payment collections for recurring appointments, allowing you to set them up to your convenience and offer more options to your customers.
