The Text2Pay option allows you to collect payment quickly via text message. This feature could feel incomplete since it could handle only simple payments. However, we’ve made some changes to boost its usability.
⭐️How Will These Changes Affect You?
Updated UI: The Text2Pay interface has been revamped for your convenience, including additional options.
Adding Discounts: Manually add a discount to the Text2Pay invoice, allowing you to easily include special offers.
Including Taxes: You can select any of your manually created taxes to be included in the payment collection.
⭐️How To Use Taxes & Discounts on Text2Pay?
Requesting payment directly from a conversation works differently with the improvements so let’s check how to do it.
Start by navigating to a contact’s conversation and requesting payment.
Select the product you are charging for.
Click Add Discount or Add Tax to include them in the total. Once you select the option to include, click Save.
Once you’re ready, click Copy link and mark as sent.
