New Feature: Global Magic Links for Membership Portals
Magic Links help you simplify access for customers, this creates a way for users to verify their access without entering a password. This new tool removes the dependency on course-specific triggers, allowing seamless integration across all templates and enhancing the user experience with frictionless verification.
⭐️Why Is This Feature Beneficial To Your Company?
Intuitive Experience: This allows you to add Magic links to all templates by using custom values, creating a simple-to-use verification system
Secure Access: This ensures users can allow the Membership portals securely even if they don’t have access to their password or need to reverify their access quickly.
Minimized Churn: Keep customers happy while your system is secure with this feature, enabling you to easily include verification measurements without requiring customers to enter their password constantly.
⭐️How To Use Magic Links in Templates?
Navigate to the template builder inside the Marketing Email section.
Add a text element to your template.
Click the custom values icon, select the Magic Link option then click save template at the top right corner.
Navigate to the workflow builder and add the Send Email action, where you’ll select the template to send out and click Save action.
Additionally, you can access this Custom Value as normal inside your email conversations with customers. Allowing you to easily provide a way for customers to verify their email address without needing to access their password every time.
