⭐️How To Use Forms and Inline Surveys in Email Campaigns:
Navigate to the Emails tab inside the Marketing and create or access an Email Campaign.
Drag and drop a form element into the builder and select the type (NPS, ratings, etc.).
Customize the form design and settings including naming the form and setting a success page.
Send your campaign to monitor feedback via Campaign Statistics. You can check the Submissions tab for detailed entries.
Adding forms and inline surveys will help you gather and analyze data from your mailing list contacts, allowing you to assess their sentiment toward your marketing and company while also collecting any additional details you need.
