Resending emails helps you increase your engagement rates and easily reconnect with subscribers who may have missed previous emails. To help you be more effective in this process, we’ve made a few updates to how this feature works.
⭐️How Will These Changes Affect You?:
Pre-configure Resends: Set up unopened email resends right from the send or schedule screen.
Improved Clarity: “Resend” campaigns appear as “Waiting” in the campaign list.
Modifying And Canceling: Adjust the resend duration or cancel before it sends without leaving the campaign list.
⭐️How To Resend an Unopened Email?
The resend process is very straightforward. Once you’ve created an email, follow these steps to achieve it.
Click Send or Schedule inside the email builder.
Fill out the sending details and scroll to the bottom. In there, toggle “Resend email to Unopened” on.
Enter the sending schedule and a subject line for resending.
Send the Campaign as normal. The resend is now scheduled with a “Waiting” status.
