New Feature: Audit Logs for Custom Objects
Custom Objects allow you to track and manage relationships or processes unique to your organization. The Audit Logs will help you gather detailed insights into changes made across custom objects, including creating, updating, or deleting custom objects, custom object records, and associations between objects.
⭐️Why Is This Feature Beneficial To Your Business?
Better Accountability: This feature provides a record of who did what and when making it easier to follow along with associations, updates, or deletions with a custom object.
Increased Security: This will help you identify potential security breaches or data leaks with your contact information, simplifying the tracking of unusual patterns or behaviors that may signify a cyber attack or misuse.
Easy Troubleshooting: Easily diagnose and resolve any technical issue by using the record of system events that lead to an error making it easier to identify the problem and implement a solution.
⭐️How To Use Audit Logs for Custom Objects:
Navigate to your Account Settings and open the Audit Logs tab.
In the Audit Logs section, you can filter by action or module to see the specific logs for custom objects.
For more detailed information on any action, click on the three dots on the far right of a record and select View Details.
This will open a detailed breakdown of changes that you can expand upon clicking the > icon.
The Audit Logs for Custom Objects will help you track and monitor all changes related to the fields, making it easy to ensure order and functionality at all times.
