Finding a conversation with your customers gets trickier the more your business grows. One of your best friends when this happens to you is Filters. They allow you to easily separate conversations based on specific criteria. The most recent addition to this is the option to View & Filter Conversations by Followers.

⭐️How To View & Filter Conversations by Followers:
Navigate to the Conversations tab inside the Conversations Section.
Click the funnel icon to open the filters.
Select Follower Assignment (Contact). Here you can choose between Followed by Me and Follow by specific User to check for a team member’s interaction.
Once you’ve selected an option click Apply to start filtering.
This feature allows you to quickly find conversations you or a fellow team member is assigned as a follower to, which enhances communication with your customers and simplifies your process.
