New Feature: Import Contacts & Opportunities Simultaneously
Opportunities and Contacts are intimately related. They depend on each other to work properly. If you’ve been keeping track of your opportunities, importing them to the CRM will ensure they are consistent and move contacts around through your pipelines without missing relevant information. This new update allows you to update and create contacts and opportunities directly from a CSV.
⭐️Why Is This Feature Beneficial To Your Business?
Simplified Importing: This will make your opportunities tab a one-stop shop for all contact information importing, making it easier for you and your team.
Improved Organization: This feature will reduce confusion and ensure a cohesive contact-importing experience, resulting in consistent information.
Enhanced Efficiency: Lower the import time and manual organization for previous opportunities, helping your team be more efficient and focused.
⭐️How To Import Contacts & Opportunities Simultaneously:
Navigate to the Opportunities section, click the three dots icon, and select "Import."
Check the box next to Contacts and Opportunities then click next.
Upload your CSV file containing contact and opportunity data.
Map the CSV fields to the appropriate fields and click Start Bulk Import.
Importing Contacts & Opportunities Simultaneously will ensure all information is correctly located and help you keep contact-opportunity relations present from the beginning, minimizing manual input and helping you keep better organized.
