Improved Feature: Remove All Tags in "Remove Contact Tag" Action
Tags allow you to keep your contacts properly organized so it’s important to keep them updated and remove any that no longer apply to a customer. We’ve improved the Remove Contact Tag action, so now you can remove all tags.
⭐️Why Is This Feature Beneficial To Your Business?
Minimize Errors: This ensures all tags are included in the removal process.
Improved Efficiency: No need to select individual tags to remove all.
⭐️How To Use the Improved "Remove Contact Tag" Action:
Navigate to the Smartlists tab inside the Contacts section.
Select all desired contacts.
Select the Remove Tags Action.
Add an action name, check the box next to Remove all Tags then click Remove Tags.
This will help you keep your contacts organized and your smart lists efficient!
