Contacts rescheduling their appointments is a common occurrence, however, it can also lead to confusion with your team and issues with your workflows. With the improvement of the Reschedule tag, you no longer need to worry about monitoring your clients, instead, the system will automatically add a tag disclaiming the appointment was rescheduled.
⭐️What Changes Can You Expect?
In Calendars: When checking appointments from the calendar view a disclaimer pointing out that the appointment was rescheduled will show next to the appointment’s time. Hovering over the tag will show the appointment’s previous time and date.
In Appointments: A blue Reschedule tag will appear above the new date for the appointment.
