Navigate to the Affiliate Manager tab in the Marketing section and create a new campaign by clicking + New.
Select Forms, Surveys, or Calendars as the source then click Next.
Toggle Pay per Lead on and set the commission amount affiliates will earn for each lead.
Create additional tiers as needed by clicking on the Advanced Commission settings.
Add your affiliates, finalize your campaign settings, and select Publish Now to make your campaign live.
