This strategy is now available to you with Pay-Per-Lead Model in Affiliate Campaigns.

  1. Navigate to the Affiliate Manager tab in the Marketing section and create a new campaign by clicking + New.

  2. Select Forms, Surveys, or Calendars as the source then click Next.
