New Feature: Send Bot to Sleep After Workflow or Manual Messages

Previously, the bot would automatically wake up after 48 hours. However, these could cause random messages to fire in the middle of a conversation. With this update, we’re giving you full control to ensure the bot never reactivates unless you explicitly choose to do so. Let’s learn how to modify it!

⭐️How to Send Your Bot to Sleep After a Workflow or Manual Message?

  1. Head to the Conversation AI tab in the AI Agents section, then click the three-dot icon next to your desired agent to edit it.

  2. In the Bot Settings, enable “Send Bot to sleep when I send a message manually or through workflow”.

  3. Check the box and set a time if you want the bot to wake up automatically. Otherwise, uncheck the box to turn it off.
