We’ve improved how form, survey, and quiz submissions are viewed, downloaded, and shared. A few changes have been implemented to ensure you can streamline your submission and results review process. Let's check how it works!

⭐️How Will These Changes Affect You?:

New Form Submission Layout: Updated submission layout for improved readability and consistency, optimized for both on-screen viewing and PDF generation.
PDF Download Options: Choose between the New PDF layout or the Legacy PDF layout available directly from submission views.
Quiz Submissions and Results: Quiz notifications now support two distinct PDF attachment options, one for Quiz Submissions and one for Quiz Results.

⭐️How To Enable Submissions As PDF Attachments?

Now you can get the submissions for any of your digital questionnaires directly into your email as a PDF. Let’s learn how to enable it!

Head to the Sites section and open a Form, Survey, or Quiz.
Click the Bell icon to open the notification options and turn on Email Notification.
Enable “Send Submission as a PDF” for your questionnaire.
Click Save in the bottom-right corner to save your settings.

This update provides you with cleaner PDF layouts, more control over PDF attachments in notifications, and UI improvements across submission settings. We hope you enjoy it!
