However, the potential for false reviews can undermine your business's legitimacy and create confusion for customers. With Smart Spam Detection, you can put those worries to rest and ensure your reviews remain authentic and trustworthy.
⭐️Why Is This Feature Beneficial To Your Company?
Automatic Detection: This tool automatically identifies and flags potential spam reviews, preventing them from spreading and disturbing your online reputation.
Improved Review Quality: By filtering out spam, you ensure your reviews reflect the true sentiment of your customers, helping you focus on engaging with genuine customer feedback.
Controlled Responses: Held back reposting and replies for any reviews flagged as spam, ensuring your resources are focused only on genuine feedback, and helping you maintain an authentic presence.
⭐️How To Enable Review Balancing:
Navigate to the Settings tab inside the Reputation section.
Select the Spam Reviews tab, select On then click Save.
To view the reviews flagged as spam navigate to the Reviews tab and select the Spam option from the dropdown menu.
Click the three-dot icon next to a review to delete it or mark it as not spam.
