Documents and contracts make it easy to communicate information and reach customer agreements. To ensure all elements are perfectly in order and all team members are aware of the details, we’re excited to introduce Preview and CC Email Ability for your Documents & Contracts.

Improved Customization: Easily edit email templates by using the preview element to tailor them to your liking putting your brand’s voice front and center.
Increased Efficiency: Minimize errors from the beginning by leveraging the updates to troubleshoot and verify the information with your team.
⭐️How To Use Custom Values in Estimates?
Start by navigating to the Settings section of your Documents & Contacts tab.
Enable Configure CC Recipients by toggling it and adding an email address.
Click Preview next to an email template to open the builder.
Modify your template as needed then click Save.
Maximize the functionality of all steps with your Documents & Contracts by leveraging the new opportunities to share information. Keeping all stakeholders informed and reducing the need for inquiries.
