A Contact Engagement Score helps you gauge when a contact is at their prime for conversion. Having a clear display of this metric helps strike when the iron is hot and increase conversions. Interested in adding it to your Opportunity Cards? Let’s explore how!

  • Conversion Boost: This helps you easily tell when a customer is interested and active, providing the perfect timing for your team to reach out and close on a deal.

  • Simplified Qualification: Sort at a glance the contacts in any given step, helping you qualify the best fit for your business without checking the entire contact file.

  • Enhanced Productivity: Prioritize contacts, create a more comprehensive approach to your daily responsibilities, and simplify the communication process by using this insight as a qualifier.

⭐️How To Add The Contact Engagement Score to Opportunity Cards?

  1. Start by heading to the Opportunities section and clicking Manage Fields.

  1. A menu will open to your right. In there, scroll down and open the Primary Contact Details tab.

  1. Check the box next to Engagement Score, then click Apply.

  1. You’ll be prompted to confirm the changes. You can also select whether to apply them to all pipelines or just the one you’re working on.

Once you confirm the changes, you’ll start seeing the Engagement score in the Opportunity Card, leading to a simpler contact qualification process and ensuring your pipelines are tailored to your business needs, boosting your productivity to the max!
