As part of the full launch of the revamped Contact List View and Smart Lists experience, we’ve streamlined the header options to reduce clutter and improve discoverability. Now they have moved to the actions menu under the three-dot icon. Let's check how they work!
⭐️How Will These Fields Work?:
Action Menu: The Manage Smart Lists and Restore options have been deprecated from the header menu and moved to the actions menu next to the “Add Contact” button.

Restore Contacts Section: Besides being moved from the header menu, the restore contacts section remains the same.

Manage Smart Lists Section: Other than being moved from the header menu, the manage smart lists section remains the same.

⭐️How To Manage Your Smart Lists?
Let’s review how you can manage your smart lists together.
In the Smart Lists tab of your Contacts section, click the three-dot icon next to the “Add Contact” button, then select Manage Smart Lists.

Click the trash can icon to delete a Smart List.

To share your smart list with other team members, click the three connected dots icon.

Check the box next to the users you want to share the list with, then click Save.

This reduces header clutter and keeps frequently used actions focused and contextual. Additionally, it will help you feel more familiar with the system as this setup is consistent across sections. We hope you enjoy it!
