⭐️How To Use A Template For Recurring Requests?
Enhance your review request with branding and personalization by following these steps.
Navigate to the Settings tab inside the Reputation section and select SMS Requests on the left side.
Click “+ Create New” or the pencil icon next to a template to access the builder.
Customize your template by modifying the text and adding images as needed.
Once you’re satisfied with the changes, click Save, or if it’s a new template, click “Create and Set as Default” to use it for sending.
