Category Queues are great for planning content far in advance. However, the lack of editing made them hard to use. With this update, you can finally edit, reorder, reschedule, and visualise queues without rebuilding them from scratch. Let's check how it works!
⭐️How Will These Changes Affect You?:
Edit Category Queue: By accessing the editing module from the three-dot menu, you can modify post content, publishing order, and content variations.

Calendar View: A full visual calendar view helps you understand your content schedule at a glance, available in a weekly and monthly view.

Reschedule Entire Queue: Shift the entire queue to start on a new date using a date picker modal with smart auto assignment following your existing frequency rules.

⭐️How To Add Posts To An Existing Category Queue?
With this update, you can add new posts to your Category Queues without publishing them first. Let’s learn how!
Head to the Social Planner tab inside the Marketing section and create a new post.

After creating your post, select Add to Queue from the posting options.

Select the category queue you want to add the post to.

Set your posting preferences by checking the box next to “Prioritize New Content” to boost your creation to the top of the posting queue, then click Add to Queue.

This makes Category Queue more flexible, especially for teams managing multiple brands, seasonal campaigns, and dynamic posting schedules. We hope you enjoy it!
