New Feature: Bulk Delete & Restore Opportunities
Managing your Opportunities and keeping your Pipelines clean and organized is key to ensuring their relevancy. However, deleting opportunities individually is inefficient, so we’re glad to introduce bulk deletion to your opportunities. Let’s check how to use it!
⭐️How to Bulk Delete & Restore Opportunities?
Go to the Opportunities, hover over the opportunities you wish to delete, and check the box next to them.
Click the delete option, indicated by a trash can icon.
Type “DELETE” then click Delete to confirm the action.
To undo a deletion, open the Bulk Actions tab, click the three-dots next to the action, then select Restore.
⭐️Why Is This Feature Beneficial To Your Company?
Updated Opportunity Info: This update allows you to confidently declutter pipelines with bulk deletions that run asynchronously, so you can keep working while the process completes.
Action Detail Records: Thanks to the full visibility into destructive actions, you can see who initiated the action, when it ran, and how many records succeeded or failed.
Individual Deletion Management: By selecting Restore Opportunities, you’ll open the Audit Logs page with the proper filters already applied, giving you access to detailed, per-opportunity results for full transparency.
