Previously, after every outbound call, the app reset the selected outbound number. Which, we’ve noticed, was creating friction and confusion. With this update, when you explicitly pick an outbound number, that choice persists across calls. Let's check how it works!
⭐️How Will These Changes Affect You?:
Crystal-clear Reset Rules: Your selection stays sticky until you log out or uninstall the app, minimizing errors and confusion.

Applies Where It Matters: Works with the User-Assigned Number and the Default Sub-account Outbound Number for your convenience.

Local Presence Unchanged Behavior: Local Presence Dialing still dynamically selects the number closest to the customer for a better experience.

⭐️How To Select A Phone Number?
Let’s learn how to change the Sticky Phone Number when calling on the Mobile App!
Open the dialer in the mobile app.

Open the picker by clicking the downwards pointing arrow at the bottom right corner of the dialer.

Pick your outbound number (from User Assigned or Default Sub-account).

Place your call, your selection now persists for subsequent calls.

And there you have it, now your selection persists, so you don’t have to re-select an outbound number after each call. To change numbers, simply open the picker again and select a different outbound number. We hope you enjoy it!
