Estimates are a great tool to captivate clients’ attention while informing them of the price of your services. However, since they are specific to the client’s needs and specifications you must ensure that all information is correct and this feature improvement will help you guarantee that!
⭐️How Will These Changes Affect You:
Auto-Populate: When creating an estimate from the contact card the customer information will be prefilled, while still allowing for manual edits.
Page Redirection: After submitting an estimate, you will be taken to the main estimates tab for streamlined editing and tracking.
Estimates in Payments: You can now view all estimates sent to a contact directly inside their contact card, removing the need for extra steps.
⭐️How To Send Estimates from a Contact Card?
Let's check how to directly create estimates from the contact card for pre-populated fields!
Navigate to the Smart Lists tab in the Contacts section and click your desired contact’s name.
In the Payments section open the Action dropdown menu.
Select Create Estimate, which will redirect you to the builder where the contact details will be pre-populated.
Once you send it out, you’ll be redirected to the Estimates tab.
And there you have it, enjoy this new improvement to your Estimates, allowing you to increase your efficiency, and leverage the auto-populate feature to create accurate estimates and reduce your workload.
